Sloshing through the snow, this Competitive Winter Picnic was one for the books. Taking over the center of Herbert Von King Park, our revelers brought so much spice and weirdness to the coldest winter in New York in like….forever. Judged by #OnlyClowns, we got real real silly and real real slushy.
