Behold the Burning of Grievances! This years catharsis parade and riddance of the unwanted was called for on Inauguration Eve.

We prepared by dressing in our winter finery and meeting in the Park of Sunsets. We were joined by our emcee of dark and light, the oracle Tiresias. Hungry March Band bashed and crashed and honked and kicked our way around the park and wove us into our tavern of the evening, Sunset Stoop, but not before a shadow puppet show led by Charlotte Lily Gaspard of Midnight Radio Show.

Once indoors, draughts were drunk, soup slurped and grievances were prepared for the ritual burning. Mr. Words and Holy Holly typed up poems and performed as part of the Poetry Brothel collective. The Hungry March Band burned down the house with one more mega set before we repaired to the backyard for the brilliant dumpster fire built by the one and only Dan Glass.
